Buying from a developer means a development agreement, a payment schedule and a technical handover - the places where a costly mistake is easy to make.

We analyse the contract and the information prospectus, negotiate the terms, attend the handover with an engineer and make sure defects are fixed. Our commission is paid by the developer - you pay nothing.
